They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but is it really? I thought to myself, can a 12 hour hike up 5,500’ of elevation gain in subzero temperatures really be described in one picture?
Throughout the years I have gone on countless adventures where I’ve had amazing experiences, growing as an individual while meeting new people and seeing new places. In the past, I have shared these adventures through social media in the form of a picture. That’s right, a single second in time to capture an unbelievable life-changing experience. To some this is enough, but to me there is just so much more that is left unsaid.
I want to tell the story behind the picture. I want to share the best and the worst of each adventure so my followers can be inspired, or maybe even get a laugh out of my mistakes. I want to be able to share with others the passion that I feel for all of the things I do and why I do them. I want to share what I have learned from my experiences with others so that they can too explore the way I do.
That being said, there is no reason why I should continue to keep these stories to myself. So if you’re ready for an adventure, you’ve come to the right place.
